Absolutely! Setting up a call to discuss your questions and details is part of the booking process. This helps us ensure we're a good fit and that I can help you achieve your goals. Please come prepared with any specific questions you have so we can make the most of our call and provide you with all the information you need to determine your next steps.

Fill out the contact form or check out the “Ready To Get Started” section below. We'll then schedule a 30-minute call to discuss your needs, how I can help, and see if we're a good fit. If you decide to move forward after our call, I'll send over the proposal, contract, and first invoice for the initial payment. Once I receive these three items, you'll be officially booked. Congrats!

To ensure a smooth start, I recommend allowing about two weeks to complete the pre-project work. This gives you ample time to integrate it into your routine without stress. I understand how overwhelming it can be to organize everything for a website project, so I've created a content guide to help. You also have the option to add a Content Prep Party for 1:1 help—just let me know during our consultation if you're interested.
If you’re unable to complete the pre-project work by the due date, you can pay a rescheduling fee of $200 or 10% of the total project cost, whichever is greater to reschedule to the next available start date.
*All client pre-project work is due three business days prior to your start date. This allows me time to review it and address any questions, ensuring we’re ready to hit the ground running and maximize your project time so you get the most out it.

I recommend scheduling a consultation call with me as soon as possible to secure a date on my calendar. Depending on your project's scope, I recommend allowing about two weeks to complete the pre-project work. This involves sending me all the content and info I need to create your amazing new website. For Custom Websites, Template Customization Packages, & Starter Sites:
A non-refundable initial payment of 50% of the total project cost (including any add-ons) is required to reserve your spot on my calendar. This payment will be applied toward your overall investment. The remaining 50% is due before launch day in order to transfer ownership of your completed site.
For VIP Days:
You have the option to pay 50% or 100% when booking your day. If you choose to pay 50% upfront, the remaining balance is due 2 days prior to your scheduled start date.
For Additional A La Carte Services:
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due prior to delivery of the final files.

Yes. Squarespace and Showit charge fees for their hosting plans and domains. These fees are not included in my service packages, so you will be responsible for maintaining them to keep your website live. To see current charges for Squarespace, click here. Most website packages require at least a two-week lead time prior to your start date. This allows you to complete the pre-project work and gives me time to review it and ask any questions.

I aim to make the website build process as smooth and stress-free as possible, so your time commitment is minimized. Most of your work will be completed before the start date. After you submit your content, we’ll have a strategy call to align our vision. Depending on the service you choose, for most website projects we’ll meet once or twice for feedback sessions and once for a training and launch session. This approach allows you to focus on your creative business while I handle the details, ensuring a beautiful and functional website. After all, you hired me to take this off your plate, so sit back and relax while I work my expert magic!
*Live sessions are built into the timeline and will be scheduled before your start date. You'll also need to set aside time to complete the feedback form during that phase of the process.

I totally understand it can feel overwhelming, so I include a content checklist with tips and instructions in the welcome kit. Additionally, you can book a Content Prep Party for a live 1:1, hands-on session where I can guide you and answer any questions. By the end, you'll have all your content, login info, and images saved and uploaded, ready to hit the ground running on your project. I recommend booking this session a few weeks before your project start date to identify and fill any content gaps, such as copy or photos.
